BBC Radio Lancashire’s weekly folk music show The Drift is expected to become a victim of the BBC cuts when the corporation wields the axe to make Ł700 million worth of savings next year. In the meantime presenter Phil Brown can be heard on Drifting Back, 6-7 pm Wednesday 28th December featuring highlights from programmes broadcast during the early part of 2011. On Friday 30th, catch a repeat broadcast of the concert performed by Steve Tilston and the D'Urbervilles's at The Clitheroe Grand in June
