Monday Session

Oddfellows Arms, Oldham Road, Middleton

There is a session on every Monday night at the Oddfellows Arms, Oldham Road, Middleton.

There is a core of musician/ singers ( The Legplaiters Ceilidh Band ). This consists of Martin Lynott ( originally founder member of The Beggarmen ) Mike Canavan, Martin Hall ( among others, Jolly Jack, The Bogtrotters ) Ian Sidebottom, John Howarth, ( founder member The Oldham Tinkers). Jack Lee ( Jack and Mavis, " The Hobo's Retreat", Heywood)

There is also a variety of "guests" who drop in on an occasional basis to give the sessions a unique quality every week.

The sessions start at 9.00 and finish around 11.30.
